We are happy to announce our new line
of dimmable compact fluorescents by NEPTUN LIGHT, INC. As the migration
from analogue to CFL technology gained pace, the question on everyone’s
mind was when a dimmable CFL would be developed that truly worked.
After reviewing and testing leading brand products on the market, we found
issues with almost all products, particularly related to flickering, buzzing,
slow startup and limited dimming range. Then we found Neptun!
Neptun has absolutely solved the issues
that have traditionally been associated with dimmable CFLs. Our customers
rave about these products!
Features and Benefits

Neptun Dimmable CFL bulbs are fully dimmable
in a range of 100%-10%.

These CFLs can be used with any standard
incandescent dimmers manufactured after 1995.

All Neptun CFL’s use Amalgam rather than
liquid mercury. The use of Amalgam allows all Neptun CFL’s to be used in
totally enclosed fixtures with less than 5% loss of lumen output or a shift
in color temperature.

Neptun features new, patented flicker-free
analog dimming system which eliminates the problem of flickering lights
as they dim.

These lights feature a reliable restart
at any dimming level without resetting the dimmer to a higher level vs.
most dimmable compact fluorescent light bulbs that need to be started and
warmed up at their highest setting for a significant amount of timing before
dimming. (Note: The very first time you turn on your new Neptun Dimmable
CFL’s it is recommended that you let the bulbs “burn in” for at least one
hour).

Neptun offers a color temperature of
2850K that matches incandescent bulbs and there are styles that match the
look of a standard incandescent light bulb if prefer that look to the standard
CFL coil design.

Neptun dimmable compact fluorescent light
bulbs are available in a wide range of styles, shapes and wattages to meet
a variety of needs.

Lights will operate in ambient temperatures
ranging from -20C to +60C.
Most Neptun dimmable compact
fluorescent light bulbs are ENERGY STAR rated.
